Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips. Slice the bell pepper and zucchini, cut the broccoli into florets, and mince the garlic.
Place the sliced chicken in a bowl. Add the paprika, black pepper, salt, and dried oregano. Mix well so the chicken is evenly coated.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the seasoned chicken to the hot pan. Cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and lightly golden.
Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and zucchini to the pan. Stir everything together and cook for 4–5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Drizzle the lemon juice over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
