  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced into small pieces
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes optional
  • ½ cup cooked rice or quinoa for serving

Method
 

  1. Slice the chicken breasts into small bite-sized pieces. Wash the broccoli florets and mince the garlic.

  3. Add the minced garlic to the pan. Stir and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Add the black pepper, salt, and chili flakes (if using). Stir everything together and cook for 1–2 minutes so the flavors combine.
