Ingredients
  

2 chicken breasts thinly sliced
3 cups green cabbage shredded
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chili flakes optional
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Wash and thinly slice the chicken breasts. Shred the green cabbage, mince the garlic, grate the fresh ginger, and chop the green onions.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken to the pan. Cook for 5–6 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and lightly golden. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the shredded cabbage to the pan. Stir well and cook for 3–4 minutes until the cabbage becomes slightly soft.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix everything together well.
  7. Add chili flakes if using. Stir and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
  8. Turn off the heat and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
