Slice the chicken breasts into small bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic if not already prepared.
In a bowl, add the chicken pieces, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried parsley. Mix well so the chicken is evenly coated.
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter.
Once the butter melts, add the chicken pieces in a single layer. Cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken becomes golden brown and fully cooked.
Reduce the heat to medium. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and the minced garlic. Stir gently and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the chicken broth and lemon juice. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
If you like a little heat, sprinkle in the chili flakes. Mix everything together and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and serve the garlic butter chicken warm.
