  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 2 tablespoons spring onions chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with water

Method
 

  1. Slice the boneless chicken breasts into thin strips. Season with a little salt and black pepper.
