Cut the chicken into small bite-sized pieces and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
Heat a large skillet or pan over medium heat. Add a little oil or butter to the pan.
Add the chicken pieces to the hot pan. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken becomes golden brown and fully cooked inside.
In a small bowl, mix the honey and mustard together until smooth.
Pour the honey mustard sauce over the cooked chicken in the pan. Stir well so every piece is coated evenly.
Cook for another 2–3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly and become glossy.
Taste and add extra salt or pepper if needed.
Remove from heat and serve warm with rice, pasta, vegetables, or salad.
