  • 2 boneless chicken breasts sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Method
 

  1. Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips. Slice the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and onion. Mince the garlic cloves.

  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
