Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips if not already prepared. Mince the garlic and chop the green onions.
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, chili sauce, honey, lemon juice, red chili flakes, black pepper, and salt.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken strips to the hot pan. Cook for about 5–6 minutes, stirring often, until the chicken is fully cooked and lightly golden.
Add the minced garlic to the pan. Stir and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken. Stir well so all the chicken is coated evenly.
Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the sauce becomes slightly thick and glossy.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
Serve hot with rice, noodles, or vegetables.
