  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp vinegar

Method
 

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into small bite-sized pieces. Add salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  3. Add the chicken pieces to the pan. Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring often, until the chicken becomes golden brown and fully cooked.
