Cut the chicken breasts into small bite-sized pieces. Add salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the chicken pieces to the pan. Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring often, until the chicken becomes golden brown and fully cooked.
In a small bowl, mix BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and vinegar.
Pour the sauce mixture into the pan with the cooked chicken.
Stir well and cook for 3–4 minutes until the sauce becomes thick and sticky.
Turn off the heat and let the chicken rest for 1 minute.
Serve hot with rice, fries, or vegetables.
