Cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces if not already prepared. Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well to coat all the pieces evenly.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the butter. Allow the butter to melt completely.
Add the finely minced garlic to the melted butter. Cook for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly until fragrant. Do not let the garlic burn.
Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the pan. Spread them into a single layer and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken starts to turn golden brown.
Sprinkle the chili flakes over the chicken and stir well to combine.
Pour in the soy sauce and honey. Stir everything together until the chicken is evenly coated with the sauce.
Continue cooking for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly and the chicken is fully cooked through.
Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the chicken.
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy your Butter Garlic Chicken Bites. 🍗✨
