  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Slice the chicken breasts into thin pieces so they cook faster and evenly.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and chili flakes.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken pieces until they are fully coated.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the chicken to the hot pan in a single layer.
  6. Cook the chicken for about 4–5 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  7. Flip the chicken and cook for another 4–5 minutes until fully cooked and no longer pink inside.
  8. Pour the lemon juice over the chicken and stir gently for 1 minute.
  9. Turn off the heat and sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
