Place the chicken breasts on a plate. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly over both sides of the chicken.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 5–6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for 2 minutes. Slice it into thin strips or bite-sized pieces.
In the same skillet, add the chopped broccoli and sliced carrots. Cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly tender but still crisp.
Place the cooked quinoa into a large serving bowl. Fluff it gently with a fork.
Arrange the cooked broccoli, carrots, sliced chicken, avocado slices, and cherry tomatoes on top of the quinoa.
Drizzle the lemon juice evenly over the bowl for fresh flavor.
