Wash the spinach leaves, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. Pat them dry with a clean towel.
Place the fresh spinach leaves in a large salad bowl.
Add the sliced cooked chicken breast, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber to the bowl.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and minced garlic. Mix well until the dressing is smooth.
Season the dressing with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir again.
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients.
Gently toss everything together until the spinach, chicken, and vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.
Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top of the salad.
