- Slice the onion and finely chop the garlic and ginger.

- Heat cooking oil in a large pan or wok.

- Add onion and cook until softened.

- Add garlic and ginger and stir for 30 seconds.

- Add the mixed frozen vegetables.

- Stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until heated through.

- Season with salt and chili flakes.

- Mix well and cook for another minute.

- Serve hot.
