Slice the chicken breasts into thin fillets if they are not already sliced.

Place the flour in one bowl and the beaten eggs in another bowl.
Coat each chicken fillet in the flour first.
Dip the floured chicken into the beaten eggs.
Press the chicken into the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture until fully coated on both sides.
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Place the coated chicken fillets into the pan carefully.
Cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown, crispy, and fully cooked inside.
Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for 2 minutes before serving.
