  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce for sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Half cup water

Method
 

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into small bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Add the cornstarch and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Mix well until the chicken is coated.

  2. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Stir occasionally.

  4. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly soft.

  5. Add the pineapple chunks and mix everything together.

  6. In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, vinegar, sugar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce for the sauce, and water. Stir well.
