  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the bite-sized chicken pieces with the soy sauce and cornstarch. Mix well until every piece of chicken is evenly coated.

  2. Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  6. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until well combined.

  7. Pour the sauce into the pan. Stir well so the chicken and vegetables are evenly coated.
